Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using the Prove It ToolKit ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

Product Description

Prove It ToolKit is a collection of template letters designed to help individuals communicate with debt collectors and debt buyers. The Product includes:

  • Educational resources about consumer debt rights

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees that using our templates will:

  • Stop debt collection activities
  • Result in debt being dismissed or forgiven
  • Prevent lawsuits or legal action
  • Improve your credit score
  • Produce any specific outcome

Every debt situation is unique. Results depend on many factors including the debt collector, the debt itself, applicable laws, and how you use the templates.

Purchase and Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Product
  • You will receive an email receipt and download link at the email address provided during checkout
  • All prices are in USD

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Product and immediate delivery upon purchase, all sales are final.

We cannot offer refunds because:

  • You receive immediate access to all digital files
  • The Product can be downloaded and saved immediately
  • Digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed

License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the templates with others
  • Publish the templates online or make them publicly available
  • Use the templates for commercial purposes or to provide services to others
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the templates or derivative works

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reading and understanding each template before using it
  • Determining whether a particular template is appropriate for your situation
  • Accurately filling in your personal information
  • Complying with all applicable laws when communicating with debt collectors
  • Keeping copies of all correspondence you send and receive
  • Consulting an attorney if you have questions about your legal rights or obligations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVE IT TOOLKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from your use of the Product
  • Damages resulting from debt collection activities, lawsuits, or legal proceedings
  • Damages resulting from incorrect use of the templates or miscommunication with debt collectors

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase or use of the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the templates will achieve any specific result
  • Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or currentness

We do not warrant that the templates are suitable for your specific situation or that they comply with all laws in all jurisdictions.

Updates and Changes

We may update the Product from time to time to reflect changes in laws or best practices. However, we are under no obligation to provide updates, and access to future versions is not guaranteed with your purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Product, including text, graphics, logos, and formatting, is the property of Prove It ToolKit and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the templates as specified, but does not transfer any ownership rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Product if you violate these Terms of Service, particularly if you redistribute or resell the templates.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms
